Can True Seal estimate from photos?
Yes. Photos help show fading, white haze, loose joint sand, stains, weeds, access, and surface condition. Satellite imagery can help review size and layout. In-person estimates are available by request when a closer look is needed.
What information should I send for an estimate?
Send your name, phone, email, address, the service you think you need, at least one project photo, and any notes about old sealer, stains, weeds, sand loss, pool deck use, or drainage.
Do pavers always need to be stripped before resealing?
No. Stripping is for failed, cloudy, peeling, sticky, or incompatible sealer. Clean, compatible pavers may only need preparation, sanding as needed, and sealing.
Why does joint sand matter?
Low or washed-out joint sand can make clean pavers look unfinished and can affect stability, weed pressure, and the finished appearance. Sand condition should be reviewed before sealing.
What is covered by the warranty?
Warranty coverage is focused on the sealant for eligible pavers that have not previously been sealed by another company. Other issues, surface conditions, damage, drainage, stains, weeds, and old coating history are not automatically covered.
Do you offer maintenance after the initial service?
Yes. True Seal offers maintenance plans for areas previously serviced by True Seal Paver Sealing at 60% of the original job total, available at the 1-year or 2-year mark depending on exposure and condition.
