True Seal Paver Sealing is owned by Broderick Michaud, a Spring Hill family man with more than a decade of hands-on experience in power washing, surface preparation, and exterior cleaning work.

Built From Work Ethic, Family, and Faith
After graduating high school and completing some college, Broderick started with humble, steady jobs, including work at UPS. Those early years taught him the value of showing up, working hard, and doing the small things right.
From there, Broderick spent more than 10 years working with various power washing companies, learning the details of exterior cleaning, surface prep, paver restoration, and what separates rushed work from work that actually lasts.
True Seal grew from that experience and from a desire to serve homeowners with honesty, patience, and clear communication. Broderick has a passion for God, goodwill, and treating people the way he would want his own family treated.
That means evaluating the surface first, explaining the plan in plain language, and helping homeowners choose between paver sealing, paver stripping, travertine sealing, or concrete sealing before they request a satellite-based or in-person estimate.
