Usually Completed at 2 Years and Every Other 2 Years Thereafter
- High-pressure cleaning

- Touch-up of washed-out sand joints
- One heavy coat of sealer over the entire surface to soak down sand joints and add another thick layer of protection
- Visual inspection of the entire sealed surface
The surface can be opened to foot traffic 4 hours after we finish, and vehicle traffic 72 hours after the Gold treatment is complete.
