Coverage for sealer performance issues caused by workmanship or material failure.
Available with a simple maintenance schedule to keep your surface performing and looking its best.
Submit photos + address + job date, and we’ll schedule an inspection.
Peeling, flaking, chipping, or abnormal loss of adhesion
Material/workmanship-related film failure
Yellowing or abnormal discoloration caused by product failure (not moisture/efflorescence)
Uneven finish directly related to application error (confirmed by inspection)
Pre-existing sealer failures unless the surface was fully stripped prior to resealing
Efflorescence, moisture vapor transmission, rising moisture, drainage issues
Structural movement: settling, cracks, heaving, paver/base failure
Sprinkler overspray, standing water, irrigation stains, rust/metal stains
Chemical spills (pool chemicals, fertilizer, acids), tire marks, hot-tire pickup
Damage from pressure washing with aggressive tips, sandblasting, abrasion
Acts of nature (hurricanes, floods), construction damage, or neglect
Avoid harsh chemicals (muriatic/acid) and abrasive cleaning
Don’t use high-pressure “zero-degree” blasting on sealed surfaces
Keep sprinklers from over-saturating edges
Clean spills promptly (oil, fertilizer, pool chems)
Follow the recommended maintenance schedule (for the 5-year option)
Florida’s sun and moisture are tough on exterior surfaces. Routine cleaning and periodic refresh coats can dramatically extend appearance and performance.

Inspection scheduled (confirm coverage and cause)
Repair plan (repair/recoat per warranty terms)
Warranty service applies to covered failures only; non-covered issues can still be repaired at standard rates.
Our warranty covers sealer performance issues caused by workmanship or material failure, including peeling, flaking, chipping, abnormal loss of adhesion, or film failure when properly maintained. Coverage applies only after inspection confirms the issue is related to our application process or materials.
True Seal offers:
a 3-Year Standard Warranty, and
a 5-Year Enhanced Warranty (available with a recommended maintenance plan).
The warranty term begins on the date the sealing service is completed.
The warranty covers abnormal discoloration caused by sealer failure, not natural color variation due to sun exposure, weathering, or normal wear. Florida’s UV exposure is intense, and gradual color softening over time is normal for exterior surfaces.
No. Weed growth and joint sand displacement are maintenance-related issues, not sealing defects. Sealing helps reduce weed growth, but does not permanently prevent it. Regular maintenance is essential to keep joints clean and stable.
Surfaces that were previously sealed must be fully stripped and properly prepared before resealing to qualify for warranty coverage. Existing or failing sealers can interfere with adhesion if not removed, which is why stripping is required for warranty eligibility.
The warranty may be voided by:
Use of harsh chemicals (acid, muriatic, solvents)
Aggressive pressure washing or abrasive cleaning
Standing water, drainage issues, or sprinkler overspray
Structural movement, settling, or base failure
Damage from pool chemicals, fertilizer, oil, or construction work
Acts of nature such as flooding or hurricanes
No. Efflorescence and moisture vapor transmission are natural conditions caused by water moving through concrete, pavers, or stone. These are not related to sealer failure and are not covered under any paver sealing warranty.
